Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person support within school settings located in Mifflintown, PA, and surrounding counties including Mifflin, Juniata, and Fulton. This contract position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time hours available, extending into the 2026-27 school year in alignment with the school calendar. Early Start and End dates are ASAP, with extended school year (ESY) services tentative. Key Responsibilities: Deliver therapeutic speech-language services to students based on individualized education plans. Collaborate with educators and support staff to assess and address communicative needs. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment. Qualifications and Experience: Valid and active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Possession of an educator credential (Instructional I or II) for school-based practice. Proven experience working as an SLP in educational settings. Ability to provide all services in-person; remote work is not applicable. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
