The Client Finance Manager, reporting to the Senior Vice President Finance, is accountable for supporting the financial operations of the organization. Working with various teams driving a best-in-class financial operations process, managing process implementation and oversight, supporting the monthly financial process as well as quarterly/annual business plans, analyzing ongoing financial modeling for areas of improvement, as well as ad hoc responsibilities as needed. Key Accountabilities: • Facilitate monthly revenue forecasting, client expense monitoring as part of the monthly financial process • Work with Practice Leads and Upper Management to finalize client and overall agency revenue forecast • Along with the SVP, Finance, help drive the annual/quarterly business plan development and budgeting process • Developing deep connectivity with the Project Management Operations (PMO) to assist in strong client financial management • Partner closely with the Resource Management department (RM) to support of monthly/quarterly staffing process • Maintain client bill rates in systems and supporting documents • Review client and vendor contracts for completeness and accuracy • Champion dashboard usage for client finance management across multiple disciplines • Provide hourly freelance financial management oversight • Assist in tracking client profitability and develop analysis • Provide ongoing financial modeling and analysis to business partners • Ensure consistent service delivery in a consultative and solutions-based capacity to all levels of the agency with regard to financially related plans, policies and procedures created by the Finance and Accounting in concert with the PMO • Relationship building, including influencing and rapport skills • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization • Special projects as assigned Other Requirements • 4+ years working knowledge in accounting and finance; MBA or CPA a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel • Knowledge of Accountability, Workfront, and Domo a plus • Sound knowledge of communications industry • Exceptional Interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively within time constraints • Experience with strategy development and implementation • Strong business acumen • Ability to lead complex projects through to an end point • Able to communicate effectively and lead others through change and new strategic initiatives • An individual who seizes opportunities and takes initiative as appropriate The anticipated salary range for this position will be $100K-120K. Salary is based on job-related factors such as: years of relevant experience, qualifications and/or certifications. Spectrum reserves the right to modify this pay range at any given time.
