Specialized Agent, Product Administration

Remote Full-time
Temporary position for 12 months.

As a Product Administration Specialized Agent, you provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts. You provide discipline-specific technical support and help your unit carry out its activities, initiatives and processes in accordance with established policies and procedures. You support your unit’s more experienced employees and assist with technical work and analysis involving processes, information management and data processing. The ability to tailor your approach as needed and make sound decisions is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
Provide technical support for projects and operational issues
Help prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams
Help practitioners follow procedures and use your unit’s tools and systems
Ensure that control and authorization procedures for products and client accounts are followed so that operations are carried out properly
Perform event analysis and calculations and make changes to the organization’s computer systems.

What you bring to the table
General college diploma in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
