Responsibilities
Ā Review all ADs and Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) for applicability to Frontier's Maintenance and Quality Assurance division.

Ā Receive and review all SDRs submitted for technical accuracy, comprehension, and completeness.

Ā Generate an Airworthiness Directive Analysis Worksheet (ADAW) and submit Engineering Action Requests (EAR).

Ā Distribute AD information to appropriate parties.
,
Ā Receive, record, and distribute ADs, NPRMs, and maintenance-related CFRs for evaluation and incorporation into Frontier.

Ā Review Engineering Orders applicable to ADs or new or changing CFRs.
,
Ā Maintain a database of all ADs and NPRMs.
,
Ā Monitor Maintenance organization activities for compliance with all ADs and report status to the AD Review Board.
,
Ā Monitor all aspects of AD compliance and report delinquent status to the Manager of Regulatory Compliance.

Ā Review AD status of airplanes Frontier is considering for acquisition.
,
Ā Manage and coordinate compliance of maintenance-related regulations with other departments.

Ā Edit SDRs as required and process all SDRs into the FAA SDR database.

Ā Monitor the timeliness of SDR submittals and report SDR activities to the Director of Quality Assurance/Chief Inspector.

Ā Monitor, review, and distribute Unapproved Parts Notices and Special Airworthiness Information Bulletins.

Ā Maintain familiarity with training requirements as defined in the GMM.
Requirements
Ā A minimum of three to five years of experience in airline maintenance, engineering, and/or aircraft records.

Ā A minimum of three to five years of experience researching and interpreting CFRs and FAA documentation.
,
Ā Knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations and FAA documentation.
,
Ā Experience working with the FAA.
