Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities: Prepare and process correspondence including but not limited to emails, letters, memos, and daily reports. Update information in various record keeping systems. Participate in projects, duties, and other administrative tasks assigned by management. Uphold company policies and client requirements. When requested, generate, analyze, maintain, and/or track files, reports, contracts, and/or documents to ensure compliance with TSI policies and procedures and/or performance. Forward results to appropriate parties as required. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures. Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures. Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Qualifications and education requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience desired. Previous clerical experience preferred. Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe helpful. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respond to rapidly changing priorities in a multi-tasked environment. When requested, 10-key stroke skills required. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and respond to rapidly changing priorities. Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
