Specialist - Quality Engineering (CR)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design implement and maintain robust automation frameworks for web mobile and OTT applications The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Selenium Appium API testing and cloudbased environments along with leadership skills to mentor junior engineers Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Selenium Java TestNG or RestAssured Automate OTT applications for devices like AndroidTV FireTV AppleTV Roku and Smart TVs using Appium Knowledge on datadriven frameworks using Java or Python Execute functional and regression testing across web mobile and streaming platforms Validate API responses and troubleshoot using Postman Charles Proxy and network analysis tools Integrate automation scripts into CICD pipelines using Jenkins Git and Maven Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure test coverage and timely delivery Prepare detailed test reports using ExtentReports Allure and maintain dashboards in JiraTestRail Manage cloud resources AWS EC2 S3 or similar and support deployment activities Required Skills Languages Java Automation Tools Selenium Appium TestNG Maven API Testing RestAssured Postman Optional Frameworks CucumberJava POM design CICD DevOps Jenkins GitHub SonarQube Other Tools Charles Proxy BrowserStack Jira Confluence Database SQL Preferred Qualifications Strong experience in Agile methodology Scrum sprint planning standups Handson troubleshooting for OTT platforms and streaming workflows Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
