Specialist, Programmatic Sales Operations

They are seeking a Programmatic Digital Specialist to support the Programmatic Ad Operations team with deal health monitoring, pacing, and reporting for campaigns across the NBCU and Peacock Programmatic portfolio.ResponsibilitiesPull campaign delivery data on a daily basis and calculate the Pacing % for all active PG and Upfront PMP deals to be shared with key stakeholdersConduct a detailed analysis of any under-performing deals and identify errors that need to be corrected or optimizations that need to be added in order for the placement to deliver on scheduleEscalate any issues to Ops, Planning or Freewheel as required in order to correct any errors due to creatives, audience segments or bid level errorsBuild professional relationships with internal and external customersCollaborate with other teams in the Programmatic umbrella, such as planning, sales and analytics to meet customer needsGather campaign delivery data on a weekly and monthly basis via internal reporting tools to limit revenue at riskComplete custom reporting requests for clients and internal troubleshooting purposesAssist troubleshooting managerProvide QA support for Programmatic deals scheduled to go live and ensure they have been set up correctlyHandle any ad hoc requests that may surface in a timely, efficient mannerSkills1+ years of digital experience or relevant internship work in programmatic operations, media planning or client service role preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredUnderstanding of the Programmatic LandscapeExperience working for a large-scale media company, specifically within/supporting Advertising SalesExcellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrate ability to work with broad range of internal and external clientsStrong computer skills especially in ExcelOutstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environmentComfortable in cross-functional environmentsBenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurance401(k)Paid leaveTuition reimbursementA variety of other discounts and perksCompany OverviewNBCUniversal is a media company that provides entertainment and news development, production, distribution, and marketing services.
