Job Description
Inventory Analyst responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Provide inventory accounting and costing services to subsidiaries for countries with Legacy System. Also, You would be requested to provide inventory accounting/costing services to SAP system countries during transition period
Ensure compliance to Financial Standard, SOX and other regulations
Responsible for preparation of manual journal entries
Responsible for timely balance sheet account reconciliation
Detail of monthly activities will be, but not limited to; lead inventory closing operation for the subsidiaries and support system operation. Keep legacy system inventory ledger to be compliant with standard.
Detail of weekly activities will be, but not limited to; Run soft closing and analyze & report variance information
Detail of daily activities will be, but not limited to; Update unit cost in the system, run costing for new material number and work closely with countries for issue resolution.
Engage in ad-hoc activities such as internal/external audit, tax audit, etc
Enhance KPIs to improve productivity and service quality
Qualifications
