What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical informatics expertise to ensure alignment with industry standards
- Deliver the digital quality measure (dQM) use case for Medicaid Quality Population Health and Evaluation
- Support the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Data Aggregator Validation program
- Gather, analyze, and report data to guide strategic engagement efforts
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving community and technical needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in effective communication with diverse populations
- Minimum of 5 years of technical proficiency in healthcare data systems and digital platforms
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data-driven outreach and analysis
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizing and adapting to multiple priorities
- Strong ability to convey information clearly to healthcare stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare quality assurance programs
- Familiarity with Medicaid policies and procedures
- Knowledge of clinical data management and informatics standards
- Background in community health engagement initiatives
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
