What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products, ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, value propositions, and key outcomes
- Drive stakeholder collaboration to translate user needs into actionable delivery plans
- Provide technical and product guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering effective collaboration
- Establish and track product success metrics to assess value delivered and drive improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with at least two (2) years in a leadership role as a Specialist
- Twenty or more years of experience managing product and technology delivery, including large-scale digital product delivery
- Fifteen or more years of experience working closely with senior technical leadership to align product outcomes with strategic goals
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- PMP, PgMP, CSM, or Agile certifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fifteen or more years of experience leading cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, UX designers, QA, and product owners
- Ten or more years of experience in delivering impactful digital products in an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience optimizing product delivery processes for efficient resource allocation
- Strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles
- Proven ability to cultivate a culture of innovation and teamwork across delivery teams
