Special Investigation Unit - Auto Investigator

Allstate Insurance is looking for a highly-motivated and experienced individual to join our Special Investigation Unit - Auto Investigator team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting investigations into auto insurance claims to detect and investigate fraudulent activities. You must be detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to think strategically and act quickly.We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and analytical skills, who has strong knowledge of state and federal laws, and who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers.You must have a minimum of three years of auto claims investigation experience to be considered for this position. A Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities:
-Conduct thorough investigations into auto insurance claims to detect and investigate fraudulent activities
-Utilize excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and analytical skills
-Stay up to date on state and federal laws
-Work both independently and as part of a team
-Maintain a self-motivated attitude and passion for making a difference in customers' lives
-Maintain a minimum of three years of auto claims investigation experience and Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law, or a related field (preferred)
-Have experience in the insurance industry (a plus)
