Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of students with ASD
Create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, therapists, and families, to ensure comprehensive support for students
Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), to inform instruction and behavior management
Monitor student progress, adjust instruction as needed, and communicate effectively with families and colleagues
