Job description: ⚖️ Special Counsel - Employment Litigation (Remote | CA, MN, NV, WA, or CO Bar Required) Location: Fully Remote - Must be barred in California, Minnesota, Nevada, Washington, or Colorado Job Type: Full-Time | Special Counsel | Senior-Level | No Business DevelopmentA top-tier national employment law team is hiring a remote Special Counsel to support its expanding virtual office. This is an ideal opportunity for seasoned litigators who want to lead complex matters in a flexible, remote-first setting-with no business development pressure and a sustainable billable target.
