Spanish Bilingual Office Management Executive Assistant

This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (with a 12:00–2:00 PM lunch break) Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours Our client is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Office Management & Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO of a growing service-based business. This is a key leadership position where you will turn ideas into action, oversee a small but diverse team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will independently manage most tasks and projects, involving the CEO only for final decisions — enabling them to focus on strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of operational expertise, leadership, and hands-on execution. Responsibilities • Partner with the CEO to implement ideas, strategies, and business initiatives • Turn high-level concepts into clear, actionable processes and workflows • Manage, delegate, and oversee a team of fewer than 10 employees across multiple functions • Ensure team accountability and performance while fostering a positive culture • Independently handle 80–90% of tasks, looping in the CEO for final alignment • Proactively solve problems, streamline operations, and anticipate business needs • Lead with both authority and kindness to keep the team motivated and focused • Support special projects, business improvements, and continuous growth efforts • Leverage technology (Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM/EHR, marketing tools) to optimize workflows • Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking staff, patients, and partners Requirements • Proven experience in operations, team management, or executive support • Strong leadership, delegation, and organizational skills • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) • Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple platforms • Background in service-based industries (healthcare, hospitality, professional services preferred) • Ability to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Independent Contractor Perks • HMO coverage available for eligible locations • Permanent work-from-home arrangement • Immediate hiring ZR_27382_JOB Apply tot his job
