Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing solutions to meet customer needs. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer support) to enhance customer success. Monitor market trends, and competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets Attend Industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales Ability to travel extensively within the Southwest USA Territory Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Competencies: Communications and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively expresses ideas and thoughts verbally an in written form. Genuinely listens, comprehends and provides timely responses to questions/concerns. Keeps others adequately informed. Emulates and communicates Massman’s values of Honesty, Integrity and Pride.
