Salary Range: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

• Assist with customer inquiries via email, chat, and other online platforms, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain and organize digital records and documentation.
• Coordinate virtual meetings and assist with agenda preparation.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct basic research and compile reports as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
