 Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, striving to achieve first-contact resolution.
 Process refunds, vouchers, and compensation requests according to company guidelines.
 Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
 Utilize various software systems and tools to access customer information and update records accurately.
 Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer needs, building rapport and loyalty.
Requirements:
 Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
 Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
 Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately input and retrieve information from computer systems.
 Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
 Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the country.
