Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer needs, building rapport and loyalty.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately input and retrieve information from computer systems.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the country.
