Key Responsibilities Effectively coordinate with all Departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, Employee satisfaction, and Customer satisfaction. Answer and resolve Customer inquiries, requests, or objections in a timely and professional manner. Manage day-to-day airport operations to create a safe, secure, and legally compliant service-conscious environment. Meet or exceed performance objectives through effective decision-making, assigning and following up on tasks for compliance, and driving performance processes. Coordinate effectively with all Offices to maintain the Station's on-time performance and report updates to leaders and representatives consistently. Drive performance processes by forecasting operational circumstances that might impact the operation, monitoring and achieving results against key metrics, and holding individuals accountable for results. Work with staff to build schedules that are in line with departmental hourly objectives and perform administrative duties daily, such as working shift schedules, closing schedules, daily work assignments, daily payroll, and attendance reports. Ensure proper administration of work agreements or contracts, emphasizing minimal work disputes. May perform other work duties as directed by Employee's Chiefs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services, including Customer needs assessment, satisfying quality standards for services, and evaluation of Customer satisfaction. Knowledge of relevant Collective Bargaining Agreements and their applications. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, HR modeling, leadership strategy, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: Previous experience in a customer service or leadership role. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
