### Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate various software applications

### Responsibilities
– Answer customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
– Provide information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related inquiries
– Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
– Document customer interactions and update records accurately
– Assist with booking and rebooking flights, processing refunds, and making adjustments to travel itineraries
