**Description:**

As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be the face of Southwest Airlines and play a crucial role in the onboard experience of our travelers. No prior experience is required as we offer fully paid and comprehensive training.
**Responsibilities:**
– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard flights.
– Conduct pre-flight cabin inspections and monitor cabin during the flight.
– Demonstrate emergency equipment and procedures.
– Serve meals and refreshments and sell onboard products.
– Attend mandatory pre-flight briefings and be adaptable to a flexible working schedule.
– Provide first aid to passengers, if needed, and create a supportive environment.
– Handle in-flight emergencies and provide guidance to passengers.
**Requirements:**
– Minimum age of 18
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
– Must be able to reach overhead bins and stand for long periods
– Ability to lift luggage and other items up to 50 lbs
– Comfortable with flying and able to relocate as necessary
– Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
– Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and a rigorous medical examination
**Educational Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or GED is necessary.
– Further qualifications in hospitality or customer service can be an advantage but are not required.
