You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse and/or site operations or 5+ years and a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Business or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience direct site leadership or large team leadership of 20+ team members (single or multiple site leader w/ P&L ownership)
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Demonstrate a track record of developing leaders and elevating teams; strong coaching and mentorship capabilities
Experienced with WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP/EWM) and data‑driven performance management; comfortable leading through system changes.
Successful best practice implementation, process improvement, program management, and change management experience
Communicate effectively across levels (frontline to executives) and influence cross‑functional outcomes.

Candidates must reside within 60 miles of one of the supported locations: Plant City, FL; Biscoe or Troy, NC; Decatur, AL; or Murray, KY.
Salary range: $107,350 $ 140,895
Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
