Requirements
Proven customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations.
Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
