As a South Airlines Call Center Rep, you will handle a variety of customer inquiries, including flight reservations, cancellations, and general information about our services. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
