Sourcing Specialist (US Property Consulting, WFH)
Salary: P60,000 – P70,000 (Monthly Package) Schedule : Monday - Friday (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT) What are we looking for? Skills Required: 3+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition Previous recruitment experience in environmental consulting/due diligence strongly preferred Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging passive candidates Advanced knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems What will you do?
