Scale is growing rapidly, and the Global International Public Sector team is one of the most rapidly expanding teams at Scale. This team is responsible for generating, executing, and fostering Scale’s work with governments and entities outside of the United States. We are looking for a Technical Sourcer in London, UK to help us scale up our efforts when it comes to public sector hiring (Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers, Applied AI Engineers) At Scale, we believe that AI will dramatically improve the world, and our mission is to accelerate the development of AI. You will: Build a deep understanding of our business and culture in order to provide strategic thought partnership to teams that you support. Drive and lead recruitment processes relating to top of funnel and building candidate pipelines. Develop relationships with your key stakeholders to ensure success in your role; including cross-functional partners Leverage your sourcing metrics to inform your activity needs, which you'll interpret and present to recruiters and hiring managers. Work closely with hiring teams across business and tech defining job descriptions, requirements, and interview processes. Collaborate with recruiting coordinators, recruiters, and hiring partners to build a transparent interview experience. Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns. Help ensure we build inclusive and diverse teams as we grow. Influence and educate hiring teams on interviewing best practices. Take full ownership of sourcing passive leads for your pipelines as needed. This role will be based out of London, UK. Ideally you'd have: 4+ years of sourcing experience at high-growth start-ups Experience with sourcing leadership roles, particularly in Engineering, will be a plus Ability to use data, both quantitative and qualitative, to influence hiring managers and leaders. Ability to distill complex information into a consumable and organized format with a focus on content, tone and structure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent negotiation tactics, and market knowledge Effective organization and stakeholder management of Director+ Please note this is a contractor role with a fixed rate.
