Audio Post Production Assistant
We're in the final, 5-day sprint to complete the audiobook of Robert Margouleff’s memoir Shaping Sounds (Pushkin, out May 19). Our lead engineer needs support of a sharp post assistant who is fluent in Descript and Pro Tools, and comfortable working quickly and precisely from raw recordings. Dialog, voice over or audiobook experience is a plus.
You’ll be helping prep and organize chapters, locate alternate takes, and flag anything that needs attention—including moments that don’t feel fully human.
This is real-world, deadline-driven work alongside experienced producers and engineers.
If you’re early in your career but confident in your skills, this is a chance to step into a professional workflow and contribute to a meaningful project that Robert care deeply about. Remote, possible in-person sessions in LA.
