Role: Solutions/Data Architect (HCM)Location: Remote WorkType of Employment: W2 ContractContract Duration: 6-9 months with the possibility of extendingRequired Experience: 10+ Years About the Role:Our client is building a global HR Data Hub to integrate data from multiple HCM systems used across different countries. The platform will support downstream systems and reporting via PowerBI. Key Responsibilities:Design a conformed HR data model considering reporting needs and regulations (GDPR, etc.)Architect ETL processes and storage using Azure Fabric and DatabricksDefine data extraction, APIs, and interfaces for data consumptionLead rollout strategy and guide implementation, testing, and deployment Requirements:Proven architecture experience in HCM data projectsHands-on with Azure and Databricks at the architecture levelExperience with Workday and HR data regulations across countriesExpertise in ETL design patterns and handling multiple data sourcesAzure Architect certification (AZ-305) is a plusEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
