Full customer life cycle - presale, setup, installation and support
Documentation
Skills & Experience
5 years+ in Engineering and Ops (systems, software, infrastructure, etc)
2 years+ supporting external customers (solutions, customer success, support, etc)
Orchestration, Containerization
Kubernetes (design, deploy, manage)
Cloud (compute, networking & storage services)
AKS, EKS, GKE
Cloud-native
Linux skills (Bash, Shell) are a must
Python, Go, C
IaC
Degree in Engineering, CS, EE, CE or relevant discipline is ideal
