About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer at Zignal Labs, you are the technical architect of the "Mission." You aren't just selling software; you are joining a high-growth team that empowers global leaders to navigate the complex information environment through real-time situational awareness.
You will serve as the primary technical lead during the formal sales process, leveraging your expertise in OSINT, narrative intelligence, and data analytics to uncover insights that prospects didn't know existed. You will own the pre-sales technical journey—from deep-dive discovery and needs qualification to configuring complex solution sets that drive positive mission outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Mission Lead: Partner with the broader sales team to qualify revenue opportunities through a rigorous discovery process, identifying client pain points and technical requirements.

Solution Design & Configuration: Conduct full technical discovery to identify business and technical requirements, then configure Zignal solutions specifically tailored to meet those mission-critical needs.

Dynamic Demonstrations: Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and platform demonstrations to business decision-makers and C-level executives, translating raw data into actionable insights.

Proof of Concept (POC) Ownership: Lead compelling Proofs of Concept for new use cases and provide technical support to prospects and partners from initial contact through to the close.

Technical RFP Support: Act as the primary technical subject matter expert for responding to RFIs and RFPs.

Strategic Growth: Partner with existing customers to identify and support continued growth opportunities within established accounts.

Required Skills & Experience
SaaS Expertise: 4+ years of experience as a technical Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineer in an Enterprise SaaS, Analytics, or GovTech environment.

Domain Curiosity: A strong intellectual curiosity regarding the evolving media ecosystem, narrative intelligence, and AI-driven analytics.

Communication Mastery: Superior communication skills with a proven ability to facilitate discovery conversations with C-suite executives and technical stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency: Deep experience in Internet technologies, SaaS configuration, API technology, and relational databases.

Logic & Data: An excellent understanding of Boolean logic and a demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into narrative-driven insights.

Operational Agility: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, balancing competitive spirit with high integrity and collaboration.

Clearance: Active TS/SCI is required.
