Responsibilities:
We are looking for a customer-focused, technically skilled Integration Engineer to support our Smart Biometrics Business Unit in the US. This role bridges the gap between technical product capabilities and customer requirements, acting as a trusted advisor during pre-sales, proof of concept, and solution design stages. The successful candidate will report to the Client Integration & Support Manager (NORAM) and collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Sales to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a technical advisor during sales engagements, supporting the promotion of IDEMIA’s biometric solutionsProvide in-depth product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and highlight competitive differentiatorsLead technical efforts during Proof of Concept (PoC) phases:Interpret and validate customer requirementsSupport partners and system integrators with solution setup and implementationServe as the primary technical contact throughout the PoC lifecycleCollaborate on solution architecture and product-fit discussions for customer projectsPresent proposed architectures and respond to detailed technical inquiries from stakeholdersAct as the Voice of the Customer, relaying market needs and product feedback to Product ManagementMonitor industry trends and competitive landscape; advise on necessary product enhancementsWork cross-functionally with support and sales leadership to track and resolve open technical issues impacting customersMaintain regular activity reports, including weekly and monthly summaries for leadershipTechnical Skills & KnowledgeContainerization & Deployment: Basic understanding of Docker deployment and integration; experience in presenting solution block diagrams during technical workshopsMobile Platforms: Foundational knowledge of Android and iOS kernels; understanding of SDK functionality and integration support workflowsAPI & Web Integration: Hands-on experience with integration support using APIs, API Keys, and WebhooksEnterprise Systems Integration: Familiarity with integrating enterprise systems using REST, JSON, SOAP, and Pub/Sub messaging patternsSecurity & Identity Management: Conceptual understanding of payment systems, Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, Active Directory, LDAP, and RADIUS protocols The US base salary range for this full-time position is $77,000 - $97,000/yr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Qualifications:
