At Zowie, Solutions Engineers are never bored, have a lot of autonomy, and thrive in a huge diversity of customer-, industry, or AI-specific challenges.If you're passionate about understanding customers and delivering a lot of value to them quickly, check this role out and let us know!What you will do:Be a bridge between business and technology - you'll dive deep into business needs, understand processes, find improvement opportunities, and translate them into impactful solutionsBecome the Zowie AI product expert - capable of finding non-obvious ways of achieving customers' objectivesLead advanced product configuration as well as customer onboarding and implementation projectsWork with customers’ technical teams to implement dedicated integrations with their systemsWork with our Customer Success Team to improve Zowie’s business value to existing customersIdeally, you’ll bring with you: A customer-first attitudeGreat communication skills to understand customer needs deeply and explain complex technical issues in simple termsProven experience in business processing mapping and working with senior stakeholders in large organizationsAbility to write accurate data retrieval and mapping JS scriptsGreat problem-solving skillsWell organized and with solid project management skillsHigh proficiency in English (both spoken and written)Excitement about the power of AI toolsHigh degree of ownership and autonomyIt’ll be awesome if you have: Experience working with APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP web services, etc.)Data analysis skillsExperience working with low-code platforms or SaaS environmentWe are:•Ambitious and innovative.
