Upstage is building one of the global most powerful multilingual Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise-ready GenAI products including Document AI. In Japan, we are expanding into key industries such as finance, insurance, manufacturing, and healthcare through a direct and partner-led GTM strategy.
As a Solutions Architect Lead, you will lead the architecture, implementation, and scale-up of Upstage’s GenAI offerings in Japan. You’ll collaborate with the global product and sales teams, as well as local partners and enterprise customers, to deliver impactful LLM, Document AI, and RAG-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement GenAI architectures using Upstage’s LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Document AI APIsLead PoCs including fine-tuning, vector DB integration, OCR pipelines, and secure API deploymentGuide SI/ISV/distributor partners through onboarding, training, and solution co-designTranslate customer needs into scalable architecture patterns with the global product and sales teamsAct as Japan’s technical voice in global product and engineering discussionsRepresent Upstage at customer briefings, industry events, and technical workshops
