You’ll play a critical role in helping customers scale their use of Dynamic’s wallet infrastructure, ensuring high-performing, reliable, and secure integrations across production environments.This role combines technical leadership, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure our customers can unlock the full value of our platform, whether through hands-on guidance, deep architectural support, or helping define onboarding playbooks that scale. You will be instrumental in helping customers navigate integration challenges, expand adoption, and explore new use cases involving wallets, authentication, and payments.Location: We’re remote-first, but ideally you're based in New York, the Bay Area, or Miami. We'd love to have more of the team near our core hubs.‍You will be a fantastic fit for this role if you have: You bring 7 or more years of experience in post-sales solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical customer success, especially within high-growth, high-throughput environments. You have deep technical knowledge of authentication, SDKs, APIs, and cloud-based architecture, and are comfortable working in JavaScript and React-based ecosystems. You’ve led complex enterprise integrations at scale and helped customers move from onboarding to long-term success with clear processes and guidance.You’re passionate about Web3 and identity technologies, and have at least 2 years of professional or personal experience using blockchain/on chain apps, wallets, or blockchain infrastructure. You’re a strong communicator who thrives at the intersection of technical depth and customer empathy, capable of translating challenges into solutions and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value. Bonus points if you have experience building or scaling technical solution teams.‍You will: Lead and optimize large-scale post-sales integrations with fintech and enterprise customersArchitect scalable technical solutions and ensure successful deployment of Dynamic’s wallet infrastructureImprove onboarding, integration, and success processes through hands-on support and playbook creationServe as a trusted advisor by conducting technical discovery, delivering custom demos, and resolving integration challengesPartner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve customer experience and product capabilitiesRepresent Dynamic as a technical thought leader to customers across Web3 and fintech verticals‍
