They are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue by managing inbound inquiries and prospecting for new business, while collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored business solutions for clients. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Strategically compile lists of prospective customers using ad inquiries, trade shows, direct marketing, and digital intelligence to build a robust sales pipeline Inbound/Outbound Execution: Manage a high volume of inbound leads and execute proactive outbound follow-ups via phone and email to qualify and close opportunities Consultative Closing: Overcome technical and business objections by emphasizing salable features, quoting terms, and preparing accurate sales orders Strategic Analytics: Partner with internal teams to leverage property analytics, creating tailored solutions that address specific customer pain points CRM Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce, ensuring all lead generation and customer contact data is accurate and actionable Customer Advocacy: Act as the 'voice of the customer' by providing feedback to Management and Marketing regarding market needs, concerns, and delivery issues Skills 1+ years of proven Sales experience High proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Natural ability to navigate objections and secure 'win-win' solutions Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to tell a compelling story Self-directed and proactive, capable of developing and executing own work plan with minimal supervision Characterized by persistence and a results-driven mindset Benefits Generous PTO and 11 paid holidays, plus well-being and volunteer time off.
