In this strategic role, you will define best practices, establish architectural standards, and drive governance and operational excellence across enterprise-level Power Platform initiatives.In this strategic role, you will directly influence the consistency, quality, and scalability of solutions, building a robust foundation for future GovTech and enterprise projects.Join Sigma Software and enjoy a supportive environment, professional growth opportunities, and access to cutting-edge technologies — everything you need to thrive both professionally and personally.Job Description:Review and validate solution architecture aligned with Microsoft Power Platform best practicesAnalyze Power Apps, Power Automate flows, connectors, Azure components, and data sourcesIdentify hidden dependencies such as SharePoint lists, unmanaged connectors, shadow accounts, custom scriptsEvaluate security settings at environment and tenant levels, including authentication and access control modelsAnalyze data connector usage to ensure compliance with regulationsClassify data and ensure alignment with retention, audit, and compliance policiesAssess performance and scalability, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvementsImprove Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices and ensure proper use of managed solutionsImplement monitoring and alerting across apps, flows, connectors, and Azure componentsValidate licensing requirements and identify cost optimization opportunitiesProvide high-level risk assessments and define urgent fixes, mid-term stabilization, and improvement plansQualifications:Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystemStrong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure integrationsDeep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and Microsoft best practicesHands-on experience with solution architecture design, system integrations, and dependency mappingStrong knowledge of security models, authentication mechanisms, and tenant-level configurationsExperience in data governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworksFamiliarity with Microsoft Purview and sensitivity labelsExperience with performance optimization and scalability analysisKnowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)Experience with monitoring, alerting, and operational support modelsUpper-Intermediate English levelWILL BE A PLUSFamiliarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management)Experience working with large-scale enterprise environmentsKnowledge of cost optimization strategies in cloud environmentsUnderstanding compliance standards (GDPR, ISO, etc.)Experience with DevOps practices and source control (Git, CI/CD pipelines)Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or AzureAdditional Information:PERSONAL PROFILEProactive and detail-oriented professionalStrong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutionsStrong analytical skills with ability to identify risks and propose remediation plansStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholdersAdept at balancing technical excellence with business needs
