Solution Architect, Identity Management
Job Description: • Partner with the sales team to design and deliver tailored IAM and PAM solutions • Serve as a trusted technical expert and advisor, translating complex product features into strategic outcomes • Lead all aspects of technical pre-sales engagements, including RFP responses, proposals, etc. • Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams and customers • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and engineering • Represent the company as an industry thought leader • Stay current on emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and industry trends. • Ensure seamless handoff of solution designs to delivery teams Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 8–10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related role within the software or IT industry, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) • Deep knowledge of security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA • Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Strong foundation in IAM, PAM, encryption, and network security technologies • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach • Experience with API integration, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and DevOps principles is a plus • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
