Solution Architect

Remote Full-time
Build the software layer that makes AutoStore deliver. Join Element Logic as an Implementation Consultant and lead the deployment of AutoStore warehouse automation control software for our customers.

You will work hands‑on with clients to analyze warehouse processes, configure and integrate software solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to go‑live.
In this role, you will own the technical and functional implementation journey—documenting requirements, configuring solutions, executing test plans, and supporting customers during production start. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams, Customer Success, and Product to ensure reliable, scalable solutions that meet real operational needs.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and document in detail the client's warehouse processes and necessary software integrations in cooperation with the client.

Install, integrate and configure the solution.

Create and conduct Element Logic and client test plans.

Train and assist client at production start.

Contribute to internal project delivery and quality assurance processes.

Conduct site optimization workshops.

Assist the customer success team with troubleshooting and configuration changes.

Provide feedback to product team about new client use cases.

Desired skills and experience:
3+ years of experience in implementation or operation of warehouse management solutions.

Experience in intralogistics, warehouse operations, or warehouse automation.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

Advanced English level is mandatory.

Good knowledge of Windows and IIS (setup, services, networking).

Good understanding of intralogistics processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.

Nice to have:
Consulting experience.

Experience with MS SQL and databases.

Other relevant requirements:
Amount of travel: 20-40%, including being 2-3 consecutive weeks on site for go-live and support

Valid driver’s license

Ability to travel internationally (valid passport or visa).

Physical demands:
The majority of the time the work will be performed at an office environment. While working at client site, the person needs to stand for long periods of time, be at heights i.e., stairs to high mezzanines and occasionally perform the job in a warehouse without temperature control.
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on site (Safety vests, helmet, toe-protected shoes) as needed.
