Our AI-augmented teams accelerate development, reduce time-to- market, and deliver exceptional code quality. We bring together the best minds in tech to craft scalable, repeatable solutions that drive real momentum for your business. What You'll Build The Solution Architect will lead end-to-end design of secure, scalable cloud and AI solutions, with a strong focus on multi-cloud, data, and security for enterprise and regulated customers across North America. The role combines architecture leadership, presales ownership, and delivery governance to accelerate digital and AI transformation across government, BFSI, telecom, and large enterprises. Key Responsibilities β’ Lead customer discovery, requirement analysis, and translate business objectives into target cloud, data, AI, and integration architectures and roadmaps. β’ Design secure, scalable architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP and hybrid environments, including landing zones, networking, security, observability, and cost-optimized infrastructure. β’ Architect AI, MLOps and data platforms (e.g. Bedrock, SageMaker, Databricks) for analytics, GenAI, and automation use cases, aligned with regulatory and data residency requirements in the GCC. β’ Own the presales solution lifecycle: solutioning, sizing, TCO/ROI modeling, bid responses, RFP compliance, technical proposals, and executive presentations. β’ Define and implement governance, security-by-design and compliance-by-design controls aligned with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR/PDPL and sector regulations. β’ Create high-level and low-level designs, architecture diagrams, and documentation covering integration, APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, and data flows. β’ Collaborate with product, security, PMO, delivery and managed services teams to ensure smooth handover, quality execution, and adherence to architecture guardrails. β’ Engage and coordinate with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners to build joint solutions, POCs, and GTM motions for AI, security, and cloud modernization offerings. β’ Provide technical leadership and mentoring to solution and cloud architects, promoting best practices in DevSecOps, IaC, automation, and FinOps. β’ Monitor emerging technologies (GenAI, container platforms, zero trust, observability, AI governance) and incorporate them into enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps. Requirements What You Bring Required Experience β’ 10β15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 7β10 years in solution/cloud architecture roles, ideally in MSP/CSP, consulting, or large enterprise environments. β’ Proven track record designing and delivering multi-cloud or hybrid architectures on AWS, Azure and preferably GCP/OCI for regulated or mission-critical workloads. β’ Strong presales background: RFP/RFI ownership, complex deal shaping, stakeholder workshops, and executive-level solution presentations in North America. β’ Hands-on experience with AI/ML and MLOps stacks (e.g. Bedrock, SageMaker, PyTorch, LangChain, MLflow) and integrating AI into enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/Channels). β’ Demonstrated leadership in building or leading architecture/presales teams and driving cloud/AI practice growth or revenue in regional markets. β’ Experience in data center modernization, application migration (6/7R), API-led integration, microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift and observability. β’ Deep understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, IAM, encryption, zero trust, and regulatory controls in BFSI, government, and telecom. β’ Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML/BPMN) and ability to define standards, principles, and guardrails. β’ Proficiency with DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines and policy-as-code for cloud governance. β’ Solid grasp of AI governance and risk frameworks (e.g. NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act concepts, ISO/IEC 42001) and their practical application in solution design. β’ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and CXO advisory skills with the ability to simplify complex architectures into clear value propositions. β’ Strong commercial acumen in TCO/ROI modeling, pricing structures, and business case development for cloud and AI transformation programs. β’ Technical proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Oracle; containerization tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift); and monitoring/observability platforms. Technical Expertise Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware Cloud Foundation, Oracle, OpenStack DevOps & Automation: Jenkins, GitHub/GitOps, Ansible, Terraform, Artifactory, YAML, Helm Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, AWS/Azure Policies, CDK, SDK Containers & Orchestration: EKS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ISTIO, Microservices AI & MLOps: Bedrock, SageMaker, PyTorch, LangChain, MLflow, TensorRT Governance & Compliance: NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act, GDPR, PDPL, AWS Config Security & Identity: IAM, Keycloak, OpenLDAP, SAML v2, DevSecOps, ISO 27001, Zero Trust Data Management: AWS Databases, MDM, Data Governance, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks Monitoring & Observability : Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch Benefits Education and Certifications β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's/MBA or advanced studies in AI or business is an advantage. β’ Professional-level cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect β Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and/or equivalent multi-cloud credentials. β’ Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture (TOGAF), security/compliance (e.g. CCSK, Cybersecurity Architect), and Kubernetes/containers are highly desirable.
