Join Solaria Labs as a Data Science Co-op to collaborate on AI/ML innovations in insurance using Liberty Mutual and partner data. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Collaborate within an innovative lab environment balancing coding, ideation, and product design. • Explore and experiment with AI and Machine Learning technologies including generative AI, NLP/NLU, and computer vision. • Develop and iterate on prototypes using Python in a fast-paced R&D setting with a start-up mentality. • Build custom algorithms, uncover data-driven insights, and share findings with team and stakeholders. • Continuously sharpen skills by embracing new technologies and participating in hackathons, meetups, and learning opportunities. About You The company is looking for: • Passion for technology, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving. • Curiosity and proactivity in exploring new AI/ML trends and tools. • Excitement to contribute ideas that may shape real products. • Eagerness to impact through hands-on prototyping, algorithm development, and data analysis. • Currently working towards a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. • Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. • Availability to work full-time from January to June 2026 in Boston, MA.
