Solar Project Developer

A leading renewable energy company specializing in utility-scale solar projects is seeking an ambitious Solar Project Developer to contribute to their expansion efforts in **Las Vegas, Nevada, US**. This role is crucial in identifying, evaluating, and securing new solar development opportunities. You will be responsible for all phases of project development, from initial site assessment and feasibility studies to permitting, interconnection, and power purchase agreement negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar technology, project finance, and the regulatory landscape governing renewable energy development. You will build and maintain relationships with landowners, local authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include conducting market research, performing financial modeling, developing project proposals, and managing external consultants and contractors. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in renewable energy project development.
