Solar Back Office Operation Agent

KR SOLAR is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Solar Back Office Operation Agent to join our team. As a Solar Back Office Operation Agent, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational functions of our solar installation projects.

Responsibilities
• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of solar installation projects
• Manage and update project documentation, permitting, HOA documents, Interconnection Agreements and records
• Coordinate with all teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track project timelines and milestones
• Prepare and submit project reports
• Assist in resolving any operational issues and providing support as needed
• Prior experience in solar industry is preferred
• Proficient in using project management softwareamd GSuites
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Effective communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
