Who You Are • 3+ years of experience in soil science, hydrology, or conservation planning. • Strong understanding of soil processes, water systems, and conservation techniques. • Able to evaluate applied environmental science reasoning. • Comfortable reviewing technical written content. Nice to Have • Graduate degree in Soil Science, Hydrology, or related field. • Experience with field assessments or conservation planning tools. • Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows.
