Software Tester | 5+ years | Remote | Contract
Walker Healthforce is seeking a Software Tester with 5+ years of experience to support a public sector client. This is a 9-month contact opportunity.
START DATE: 2/2/2026
HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years’ experience as a tester
• Experience QA testing within the Agile development lifecycle
• Experience with various web browsers as well as iOS and Android
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and deploy test scripts
• Conduct end-to-end testing on software applications
• Utilize test automation to compare actual results to expected results
• Log any bugs into our test database
• Assist with troubleshooting
• Escalate issues as necessary
• Provide input on front-end design
