Software Test Engineer, Embedded Product Security
About the position Responsibilities • Work as part of a team to design, implement and execute both manual and automated product security tests. • Research and develop custom product security test tools. • Participate in reviews of product requirements, test designs, and test implementations. • Work with cross-functional teams to help solve engineering challenges. • Provide technical support for test stations and tooling. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science • Minimum of two (2) years of applicable experience • Legal authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-haves • An ABET-accredited engineering degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to be creative to think 'outside the box'. • Knowledge of fundamental product security concepts (e.g., CIA triad, secure development, etc.) • Interest and experience performing product security testing (e.g., security requirement testing, pen testing, fuzz testing, bug bounty, etc.) • Interest and experience working with test systems • Interest and experience working with embedded or low-level devices • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as IEC 62443 and EU CRA Benefits • A variety of medical insurance plans, with dental and vision coverage • Employee Assistance Program • Profit sharing retirement • Tuition reimbursement • Employee resource groups • Recognition programs • Flexible time off plans, including paid parental leave (maternal and paternal), vacation and holiday leave Apply tot his job
