Software Quality Assurance Tester (100% Remote)
Primary Location: 100% Remote
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Software Quality Assurance Tester (100% Remote) for our premier client.
Education and Experience »
• Testing complex Web Applications: 7 years.
• Testing all phases of Software Development Life Cycle: 7 years.
• Database/SQL Language: 3 years.
• Creating Automation test cases: 3 years.
• API, JSON, MXL: 2 years.
Preferred:
• Test automation experience using open source technologies and/or in-house frameworks: 5 years.
• Experience with test frameworks such TestNG, JUnit, BDD: 5 years.
• Experience in API testing (SOAP and REST): 2 years.
• WAPT Pro, JMeter, or other performance testing tools: 1 year.
• Experience testing .NET applications: 1 year.
• Experience working with Power BI: 1 year.
• Previous experience with Zephyr Scale preferred: 1 year.
• Previous experience with JIRA preferred: 1 year.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze user requirements, design documents and other documentation to develop detailed test cases.
• Create and execute manual and automated functional and regression test cases, report and document all issues, test cases ran, test results, and testing summaries in detail.
• Perform manual testing and data validation.
• Perform SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data.
• Work with development team and customers to clearly understand the functionality under test to define and implement test case automation and clearly communicate to the team.
• Execute performance and accessibility testing.
