Software QA Specialist
We are seeking a Software QA Lead for our operations in Grand Rapids, MI. If you have experience managing projects and leading a team and expertise in software testing then you are asked to apply to this position.
Primary responsibilities:
Coordinating teams to develop test cases, data, and scenarios.
Managing test execution across multiple project teams.
Embracing Agile/SCRUM and DevOps methodologies.
Owning testing deliverables and ensuring they meet quality expectations and requirements.
Continuously improving testing standards and best practices.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred.
Three (3+) or more years of leading large scale software testing projects required.
Project management experience.
Communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail.
