Requirements:
Proven QA experience and implementation of test automation processes.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and best practices for mobile app and internal system test automation.
Hands-on, problem-solving mindset, effective in a dynamic startup environment.
Passion for quality and excellence, with meticulous attention to detail.
Product Thinking
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of leading by example and motivating a diverse team.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between development and testing to ensure operational cohesion.
Develop and... oversee the teams transition to more automated QA practices.
Actively participate in all phases of the software development cycle.
Work closely with development, product, testing, and operations teams to identify and proactively resolve quality issues.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and best practices.
