We’re seeking a Software Project Manager who is passionate about driving clarity and delivering complex software initiatives. What You’ll Do As a Software Project Manager, you’ll own projects end-to-end — from planning and execution to delivery — ensuring teams stay aligned and projects move forward smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping scope, timelines, and stakeholders in sync. Your responsibilities will include: Managing multiple software development projects from initiation through successful delivery. Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinating communication between engineering, product, design, QA, and other stakeholders. Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and blockers. Running agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming. Tracking and reporting project progress, KPIs, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders. Driving collaboration across distributed teams spanning multiple time zones. Championing best practices in software development and agile project management. Who You Are You’re a confident, detail-oriented project manager who thrives in technical environments. You can translate between technical and non-technical teams, keep everyone aligned, and deliver on time — even in complex, fast-paced environments. You bring: 4+ years of experience managing technical software projects in agile environments. Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Proven ability to lead distributed, fully remote teams and coordinate across time zones. Exceptional communication, organizational, and influencing skills. Technical literacy and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams. Experience managing projects in multiple domains: fintech, blockchain, AI/ML, SaaS, data science, and open-source.
