Job description: The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc.Responsibilities-Serves as a member of the software development team.Aid in the innovation and creation of company software and programs.Provides technical management and support for the interfaces to the OTC SAP applications.Responsible for working in both delivery and pre-sales, creating workload estimates. Proactive support of ongoing deals and other revenue-enabling activities. Provide solution consulting to prospects, partners and internal sales including demos and workshops.Responsibility for the successful implementation of SAP processes, solutions, and products within assigned accounts for their core area of expertise.Support presales activities with feasibility or effort assessments.Collaboration and knowledge sharing within the community.Guide customers and partners through their SAP Hybris implementation.Partial virtual/work from home benefit available.Qualifications-Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a Computers or Engineering field and 5 years of IT experience (or a Master’s degree in a Computers or Engineering field and 3 years of IT experience).
